What's Next?

We've gotten a lot of questions recently asking what's going on with the wine.  Well, basically, it's undergoing the malolactic fermentation process and starting the aging process - the aging prcoess will last for about another year.  Our friends at CrushPad just put out a new video detailing what's going on currently in the wine making process and I thought you'd all like to see it. 

The best news?  We're only a couple of months away from getting our first barrel samples!!
